Ostracised and hated by their fellow Americans, more than
one hundred sex offenders in St. Petersburg, Florida are
forced to live in a trailer park isolated from normal
society. Are there actions so cruel, that human beings
should not be given a second chance? This is a look into
what the offenders call a modern leper colony. Florida
Justice Transitions is the name of the privately owned
trailer park, which was founded by a mother to a sex
offender, who no one wanted as his neighbour. The name
signals a search for justice and a belief that human
beings can change. But it is also called The Pervert
Park. Or pure and simple The Baby Raper Park.
